Here at the Carriage House Bed and Breakfast we enjoy serving our guests, visiting with them, having an experience with them and listening to the chitter-chatter in the dining room or the “ohhs” and “ahhs” as we serve our two course gourmet breakfast each and every morning. Savor the Best Breakfast in Jefferson, Texas
- Dessert is always our first course (of course!) The first dish includes a variety of light fruit dishes or pastries such as fruit chimmies, breakfast blueberry bread pudding, or apple dumplings. Careful though, there is more to come.
- The second course consist of old favorites and new adventures such as an green chile frittata, caprese eggs, classic eggs Benedict or how about Jessi’s famous breakfast enchiladas!
- We serve a variety of complimentary breakfast beverages as well, including fresh ground coffee starting at 7:00 AM. Choose from orange, apple, cranberry juices as well as mimosas and bloody Marys.
- Our dining areas offer private seating but a quaint environment so guest can still visit if they choose. On the mornings where the weather is permitting, we open up our tables on our wrap around porch just outside of the French doors off of the dining room.
- If you prefer breakfast in bed, we have that too!
