  • Creamy Tomato, Cucumber and Onion Salad over an Arugula Mix
  • Grilled Romaine Salad topped with a creamy Lemon Dressing and Fried Chickpeas
  • Honey Crisp Apple Salad with a Spiced Cider Dressing
  • Wild Rice and Mushroom Soup

( add an extra soup or salad for a $5 up charge)

Choice of Appetizers:

  • Mini Potato Rosti with smoked Salmon and Caviar
  • Grilled Lamb Chop Lollipops with a fresh Pistachio Basil Pesto
  • Bourbon Skillet Meatballs
