Choice of Starters:

  • Caprese Tower with Pine Nuts and Fresh Basil Pesto

  • CH  Garden Salad (House Made Ranch, Blue Cheese or Lemon Vinaigrette)

  • Asian Cucumber Salad

  • Japanese Onion Soup/ With or Without Shredded Chicken

 (We suggest you try a soup and salad starter for a $5 up charge)

Choice of Appetizers:

  • Scallop Tostada with Chipotle Mayo

  • Crab Rangoon’s with Sweet and Sour Sauce

  • Bourbon Skillet Meatballs

  • Chicken Mushroom Vol Au Vents

  • Jalapeno Popper Fried Deviled Eggs

Entrée Selections: 

  • Filet Mignon with a mushroom Demi Glaze Sauce served over Roasted fingerling Potatoes, Spinach and Red Onions

  • Miso Glazed Cod over Stir Fried Bok Choy

  • Smoked Pork Loin topped with a Cherry Bourbon Molasses Sauce and Blue Cheese Crumbles served over  Roasted fingerling Potatoes, Spinach and Red Onions

  • Peruvian Chicken with a Aji Verde Green Sauce  served over Roasted fingerling Potatoes, Spinach and Red Onions

Finale’:
Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Cake, Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Cake, Chocolate Mousse or a Cherry Cheesecake
