WE WILL NOT BE OFFERING DINNERS ON JULY 28TH AND 29TH AND ALSO AUGUST 4TH AND 5TH. THE CHEF WILL BE WITH FAMILY ENJOYING A LITTLE TIME OFF.

Choice of Starters:

  • Grilled Watermelon and Arugula Salad with Blue Cheese and Pistachios (Goat Cheese may be substituted)

  • CH  Garden Salad (House Made Ranch, Blue Cheese or Lemon Vinaigrette)

  • Warm Goat cheese salad

  • Japanese Onion Soup/ With or Without Shredded Chicken

 (We suggest you add a soup to your salad starter for a $5 up charge)

Choice of Appetizers:

  • Seared Scallops with Sweet Corn and Chilis

  • Flaky Brie & Prosciutto roll topped with honey & pomegranate

  • Bourbon Skillet Meatballs

  • Grilled Petite Salmon Cakes and Avocado Salsa

  • Jalapeno Popper Fried Deviled Eggs

Entrée Selections: 

  • Filet Mignon topped with a Spicy Roasted Garlic Chimichurri Butter served over Roasted fingerling Potatoes, Spinach and Red Onions

  • Blackened Pan seared Red Fish topped with  Mango Pico

  • Smoked Pork Loin topped with a Cherry Bourbon Molasses Sauce and Blue Cheese Crumbles served over  Roasted fingerling Potatoes, Spinach and Red Onions

  • Peruvian Chicken with a Aji Verde Green Sauce  served over Roasted fingerling Potatoes, Spinach and Red Onions

  • Garlic Herb Lambchop served over Roasted fingerling Potatoes, Spinach and Red Onions

Finale’:
Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Cake, Southern Pecan Pound Cake with Mixed Berries and Vanilla Ice Cream  or Chocolate Mousse
