  • Stuffed Pork Loin.. boneless chops filled with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and Mozzarella Cheese seared to a golden brown served with mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies
  • Bourbon Marinated Filet Mignon in a Cabernet Mushroom Demi Glaze w mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies
  • Grilled Tuscan Chicken Breast served over Creamy Garlic Pasta 
  • Lemon Caper Baked Salmon w/ Spinach and Fingerling Potatoes
